The spa here has phenomenal views of the Pacific Ocean and you can even get treatments on the large outdoor terrace on the top floor of the hotel. We felt very safe in Puerto Valarta and the people are very nice. The hotel itself is located a couple of miles south of town. The resort has everything you need, so you don’t even need to go into town if you don’t want to.
